Hannah Irish Gleason is the daughter of William Gleason and Lydia (Le Droit or Irish. Uncertain maiden name).

She married Rufus P Wentworth on 20 March 1863, Hope, Me. Born on 6 Apr 1840, Hope, he was the son of Ward Wentworth & Betsy Crane Hewett.

Rufus died two moths later. He enlisted as a Private in Co H, 4th Maine Infantry in 1861. He was killed in the 2nd Battle of Bull Run, Manassas, Va, and according to military records, he is buried in Mansfield, Cemetery, Hope.

Hannah apparently became pregnant shortly after their marriage. They had one son, Rufus P Wentworth, Jr, b early 1864.

She is buried with her parents & siblings.
