Harry D. "Tucker" Burney, Sr. entered into eternal rest, Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at Ocean Springs Hospital, Ocean Springs, MS. He was born December 9, 1943 to the late Samuel Sheffield "Boy" and Romeace Laura Burney He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Samuel Sheffield Burney, Jr., and a nephew James Lanor "Rick" Fairley.
Viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2002 at New Light Missionary Baptist Church on Burney Road in Vancleave, MS. Funeral services will begin promptly at 11 a.m. from the church with Pastor Nathaniel Smith, Officiating.
Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Vancleave, MS. All arrangements entrusted to Millender's Funeral Home, Moss Point, MS.
