Mrs. W. B. Searcy, of Exeter, died Saturday, February 14 of injuries received when she fell some time ago and broke a hip. She was 79 years old. Funeral services were held at Exeter, Sunday at the Baptist Church conducted by Rev. M Smith of Exeter, assisted by Rev. Hodge of Washburn. She was married twice, the first time to I. L. Doyel who died in 1895. She was married to W. B. Searcy fifteen years ago. She leaves five children; Robert, Harvey, Arnold and Parker Doyel and Mrs. J. O. F. Beasley, of Peirce City. She was the grandmother of Mrs. Chas. Woolsey, of Monett.
