Betty Jo Pearson, 93, of Anderson, passed away May 28, 2016 at her home in Anderson, IN. She was born October 23, 1922 in Boston, Indiana and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Betty graduated from Converse High School and International Business College of Ft. Wayne.
She was a retired Real Estate Agent for over 20 years. She was very proud of her work for Indiana University where she was the assistant to the Dean of Foreign Students.
She was a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church.
Betty is survived by her son, Bruce (Mary Sue) Pearson of Dayton, OH, sister, Patricia Ballinger of Rockville, IN, grandchildren, Andrew and Megan Pearson, brother in law, John Knox of Greenfield, IN and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Pearson, mother, Ida Ballinger, father, Lester Ballinger, a brother J.R. Ballinger, sister, Evelyn Knox, nephew, James Knox and her beloved sheltie's.
