She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Phillip Endres, mother, Lila Endres.
Valerie is survived by her husband of 12 years Randy Hess; two brothers, Richard Endres, Charles Phillip Endres, Jr.
Funeral services are 3:00 pm Friday June 3, 2016 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Reverend Danny Griffith officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
