A native of Boston, Mass., Mr. Billotte began his Bell System career in 1921 when he joined the New England Telephone and Telegraph Co. as a central office equipment installer. In 1957 he was promoted to the post he held at his death.Mr. Billotte received his B.S. degree in business administration from Rutgers University in 1939. He was a member of the Forest Hill Field and Golf Club, Bloomfield, and had served on its board of trustees. He was also a member of Delta Sigma Pi, national business fraternity.Surviving are his wife, the former Jane Woods; a son, Dr. Alfred C. Billotte of Great River, L.I. and two grandsons.Funeral services will be held Saturday.
