This lovely bud, so young, so fair,
Called hence by early doom,
Just came to show how sweet a flower
In Paradise would bloom,
Ere sin could harm or sorrow fade,
Death came with friendly care,
The opening bud to heaven conveyed
And bade it blossom there.
Funeral will take place from parents' residence, Highland, Prince George's county, Md., on Sunday, February 5, at 2 o'clock p.m. Interment at Glenwood cemetery. Friends and relatives invited to attend.
