91, Indianapolis, died July 5. A 1931
graduate of Methodist Hospital School
of Nursing, she worked 42 years as a
registered nurse for several hospitals,
retiring in 1973. She was a member of
Liberty Baptist Church and the Retired
Nurses' Club. Services: 10 a.m. July 9
in Conkle Funeral Home, Speedway
Chapel, with calling from 1 to 3 p.m.
and 5 to 8 p.m. July 8. Burial: Lincoln
Memory Gardens, Whitestown. She
was the widow of Jesse Stewart and
Noble Day. Survivors: children Shirley
Abner, Jerry Stewart; three grandchildren
; three great-grandchildren
