What can I say about my second cousin, :)
besides having a Very Big Heart .
As a kid she was a True Pistol. Nothing Stopped Her
From checking my husband and myself out of the motel
with The help of her father, when we came in to surprise her mom at work
To asking The Cleveland Indian Baseball Players in the field for a ball during Their practice before the game, for her cousin Teddy in NY
(my Brother)...And she GOT IT .
Joined the US Navy , Lots of Great Memories from Norfork VA and all the wonderful times on Base with her and her commanding officers and the Navy Parties. What stories can be told ;)
Val Volunteered many years with the Hudson Fire Dept as an EMT
and then became a Paramedic
She also gave the course for many years with the help of
Her Partner ...Colleen another EMT Vol.
Foster mom to Christopher for a few yrs after their mom
passed with Cancer. Val was also their babysitter ,
and took their dogs in, when they went on vacation.
The joke was, when calling..
any room in the O'Brien kennel , for us humans
Well Val , your with all your furbabies you rescued now.
and Pippa, Lady who just passed recently
Plus my boy Tai and your Mom's ...Angel...
You will not be alone with all your
Aunts , Uncles, Cousins and Friends with you.
You will surely be missed here, but we all know
you are all well again,
