Kimberly Lane (Dobbs) Flowers of Mechanicsville, Maryland died on Sunday, September 24, 2006 at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. She was 46 years old.

Born February 6, 1960 in Bethesda, MD, Kim is the daughter of Elizabeth Anne and the late William Mayo Dobbs. She operated a well-known pet grooming business from her home. Kim's greatest passion the past 14 years, was watching her daughters dance. She also enjoyed various outdoor adventures including rock climbing, horse back riding and white water rafting. She was a member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the V. F. W.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of over 20 years Gary L. Flowers; daughters Samantha L. Flowers and Jessica L. Flowers of Mechanicsville, MD; sisters Robin L. Matty of West Newton, PA, Cheryl L. Barr of Purcellville, VA and Tracey L. Dobbs of Clinton, MD; also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Family to receive friends on Friday, September 29, 2006 from 3-5 and 7-9PM at the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. 30195 Three Notch Rd. Charlotte Hall, MD where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2006 at 11AM with the Reverend Phil Ayers officiating. Interment will be private.
