Survivors include his wife, Inez Miller; daughters, Mattie Lee, Rock Island, Clara Davis, Moline, Patricia Buels, Denver, Maxine Miles, Davenport, Mablene Studivant, in Tenn., and Pearlie Miller and Patricia Windon, both of Phoenix; sons, Maurice Austin and Sampson Miller, both in Minn.; a brother, John; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
