James Maltman, 82, of 3100 Sheridan rd., chairman of Aetna State bank, 2375 Lincoln av., which he and his father organized in 1913, died Monday in Augustana hospital. Mr. Maltman was president of the bank from 1924 to 1947. Surviving are his widow, Martha; a daughter, Mrs. Cyrus C. Perry, and two sons, James Jr. and Alexander S. Maltman. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Fullerton Covenant Presbyterian church, 600 Fullerton pkwy.
