The family resided in Gloucester City and Camden.
Simeon held many jobs over the years in order to provide for his family. He had been listed as a Toy Maker, Oyster, Blower, Laborer, and Chipper. When he applied for social security on Nov 30, 1936, he was working for Standard Tank and Seat Company located on Front St. in Camden, NJ.
