Mr. LOUIS M. KNIGHT, 92, formerly of East Third St., Frederick, died Wednesday, March 22 at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. He was the husband of Etta L. Knight, whom he had joined as a resident of Catherine's House Assisted Living in Clarksburg, Md. over 2 years ago. Born May 29, 1913 in Faber, Va., he was the oldest son of Emmett L. and Winnie G. Knight.

He had served in the US Army from March 1941 to November 1945 and had married Etta in 1943. They moved to Frederick in 1945, where he becsame a millworker at Bowers Lumber Company.

He is survived by his wife, Etta; two daughters, Nancy K. Enkiri, Beltsville; and Kay K. Main, Germantown; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Cecile Brooks, Allene Morris, Eleanor Hiltz and Bernice Dalton; and his brothers, James Knight and George Knight.

A memorial service was held at Trinity United Methodist Church, Germantown.
