Surviving are his wife with whom he would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 19, 2002, Irma R. Trimpey Atha; three daughters and two sons-in-law, and a son and daughter-in-law, Wilma B. McMillen, Chippewa Township; Wayne and Melba Atha, in New Jersey; Betty and Bud Metheny, in Florida, and Ruth Ann and Vernon Coleman, in New Jersey; nine grandchildren, including three devoted grandsons, Eugene and Debbie McMillen, Darlington, Gregory and Lisa McMillen, in New Jersey, and Brian and Lori McMillen, Chippewa Township; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Irene Pritchard, in Florida; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Victor and Doris Atha, in West Virginia, and Eugene and Andrea Atha, Kent, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Herbert Kreger; two brothers, and four sisters.
Friends will be received today from noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. in the CAMPBELL'S CHIPPEWA FUNERAL HOME, www.campbellfuneralhomes.com, 2618 Darlington Road. His pastor, the Rev. Douglas E. Show, will officiate.
Entombment will follow in Williamsburg Chapel Mausoleum at Beaver Falls Cemetery, Chippewa Township.
