LINCOLN---Bert Hoy, 58, of Lincoln, died Saturday in the state hospital at south Bartonville, according to a message received here by relatives.

He was born Sept. 13, 1876. Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Kenneth Neff and Raymond Hoy of Lincoln and Leo Hoy of Helena, Mont.

E. C. Goff returned the body to Lincoln Saturday night to the Goff Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements.
