Robert Marvin Brown, age 81, passed away at Fort Sanders on June 19, 2016. He was born October 18, 1934 in Knoxville, Tennessee and was of the Baptist faith.

Preceded in death by his parents, William Jerl Brown and Dicie James Brown; brothers, James and Harmon Brown. Survived by brother, Charles and wife, Brenda; sister-in-law, Gail Monday Brown; nephew, Bradley Brown and wife, Melissa; niece, Jeanna Brown.

There will be a call of convenience on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway. Family and friends will meet for a 10:00 a.m. graveside service on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Union Grove Methodist Church Cemetery, Friendsville, Tennessee, with Rev. Steve Hancock officiating. In lieu of flowers, any memorials may be made to Riverview Baptist Church, 3618 Delrose Drive, Knoxville, TN 37914 or a charity of your choice .
