On October 31, 2006, age 62, of Millville, NJ, formerly of Pennsauken. Dear brother of Gail (Earl) Cundiff of Pennsauken and Judy (Henry) Bean of Haddonfield. Also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
Bill was the President of the first graduating class of Pennsauken High School, enlisted in the US Coast Guard in 1963 as a Hospital Corpsman 2nd class P.O. He then attended US Naval Flight School in Pensacola, FL. Upon graduation he remained as a flight instructor for the US Navy. He then flew search and rescue for the US Coast Guard, retiring as Full Commander from the US Coast Guard Reserves in 1993. He then worked as a counselor for the Stateof NJ Department of Labor.
