MRS. CYDNIE G. ELDER


Mrs. Cydnie G. Elder, 34 years old, of Ellerslie, was found dead at about 7:30 o'clock Sunday night by her husband, Harry N. Elder, who had been waiting for her to finish dressing to attend church.

It was Mr. and Mrs. Elder's intention to attend church together. The former had been waiting in the living room for his wife to complete dressing. When she failed to come, Mr. Elder investigated and found her lying at the foot of the stairway. Dr. Thomas W. Koon, who was summoned pronounced her dead. Mrs. Elder had been suffering from heart trouble.

Besides her husband she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Albert Griffith of Altoona, Pa., two brothers, Albert and Martin Griffith, and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Feather of Fair Hope, Pa., Mrs. C.P. Mowry, of Buffalo Mills, Pa., and Mrs. Frank Baker, of Altoona, Pa.

The funeral was held at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the Cove Church, Buffalo Mills, with interment in the church cemetery.
