A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, June 23, 2016, at St. Juliana Catholic Church, 804 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Fort Valley. Committal services will follow at 2:00PM in Andersonville National Cemetery.
Born in Alexander City, Alabama, to the late Charlie Thomas Scott and Annie Muriel Reagan Scott, Mrs. Moroney was a homemaker and member of St. Juliana Catholic Church. Her family will remember her as a loving mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Richard J. Moroney Jr., grandson, Clayton Goolsby, and a brother, Charlie Thomas Scott Jr.
