Obituary from The Emporia Gazette--27 March 1978--p. 2 col. 2--Edna L. Anslinger-Admire-Mrs. Walter S. Anslinger of Topeka died Saturday in a Topeka hospital. She was the sister of Gladys Haney, Betty Miller, and Irene Moore, all of Admire. Mrs. Anslinger spent most of her life in the Osage City and Miller communities and moved to Topeka in 1963.
Services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 P. M. at Crable Funeral Home of Osage City, and burial will be in Osage City Cemetery.
Edna L. Goldsmith was born at Garnett, July 25, 1904, and married Carl Albert Fellman who died later. She married Walter S. Anslinger, Jan. 25, 1942, and he survives. Other survivors are four sons, William A. Fellman, Topeka, Raymond Fellman, Greendale, Wis. Russell Fellman, Brookfield, Wis., and LeRoy Fellman, El Paso, Texas; four sisters, Mrs. Thomas Parks, Hoisington, and her three sisters of Admire; two brothers, James Goldsmith of Valley Center, and Richard Goldsmith, Newton; eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
