Mary Evelyn Armstrong, 90, of Anderson, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2016, at the Edgewater Woods Nursing Home in Anderson.
She was born on March 19, 1926, in Elwood.
She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Anderson.
Mary is survived by her loving daughter, Charlene (Charles) Sparrow; sons, Terry (Tresa) Armstrong and Kyle (Marty) Armstrong; two sisters, Joyce Ann Little and Karen Kay Manley; and one brother, Bob (Mary Sue) Harvey. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph William Armstrong; and her parents Howard and Norma Harvey.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will follow visitation at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. John Jameson officiating. Burial will take place in the Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis.
