Mrs. Olive Crutts, 82, wife of William Crutts of Varna, died at her home in that village early this morning. Besides her husband, she is survived by five children, Mrs. Minnie Burr of Etna, Mrs. Carrie Miller of Freeville, Fred and Jay Crutts of Varna, and L. S. Crutts of Cortland, one sister, Miss Hattie Bryant of Ithaca. Mrs. Crutts had spent nearly her whole lifetime in Varna and was a highly respected resident. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church and the Ladies Aid Society.
Funeral services will be held at her home on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. C. C. Beebe officiating. Interment will be made in Pleasant Grove Cemetery at Forest Home.
