Funeral Services for Jacob will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, at Clark Family Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ron Vredeveld officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, at Clark Family Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a fund for Jacob's son Henry. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

He married the love of his life Katie Larr on November 30, 2013, in Ann Arbor. Jacob enjoyed skateboarding in his younger years and disc golfing. He was a devoted husband and father. Jacob was so proud of his son Henry and dearly enjoyed spending time with him.
