Graveside service for John Francis Corkery, 81, of Enid, will be Monday in Calvary Cemetery, Enid. The Rev. Ernest Flusche will officiate. Arrangements are by Henninger-Allen Funeral Home.

He was born Jan. 17, 1925, in Cushing to Arthur and Patricia Kennedy Corkery and died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2006, at Kenwood Manor.

He was drafted into the Army in August 1945 and served in the 101st Infantry. He worked for city of Enid water department before working at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church for 25 years until retiring.

He was preceded in death by one sister.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Ross Health Care Service.
