Bud was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from Burlington Industries, Trucking Division.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Joan Lewis Harbin; brothers, Charles, Fred, Ray and Paul; sisters, Nellie and Ruby.
He is survived by his loving wife, Wanda Ervin Harbin; daughters and son-in-law,Kathy and Anthony Scruggs; Amy Harabin Dorn,son, David Harbin,beloved granddaughters, Sophie and Sarah Scruggs; stepson, Charles E. Gibson and wife, Kim;sister, Clara Self, sister-in-law, Dorothy Harbin;special friends, Bill and Mert Hallman, David and Alice Powell and James Goodman.
