Mrs. John Hensley Dead.
Mrs. John Hensley, aged 24 years, died of tuberculosis Monday, January 27, 1919, at her home in Carthage, after failing health of some eighteen months. The remains were laid to rest in the T. B. Wills grave yard the following day, after funeral services by Revs. Fred B. Cox and Orin Lynch.
Mrs. Hensley was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. B. Massey and was married to John Hensley about seven years ago. Her parents, her husband and two small children survive, all of whom have the sincere sympathy of the community in their loss.
At the time of Mrs. Hensley's death, her husband and two children and a sister and brother were unable to attend the funeral on account of the influenza. Each of them, however, appear to be improving with the probable exception of her brother, Ralph Massey.
