Born on September 4th 1946, in Ticonderoga, he was the son of the late Owen Robert and Vedna Alice (Brockney) Armstrong.
Patrick was a lifetime resident of Ticonderoga and a graduate of Ticonderoga High School.
He was the owner and operator of Pat Armstrong, Inc., General Contractor and Excavation.
He was a well known business man, who touched the lives of many in this town. Pat was dedicated to his employees as well as the Ticonderoga community, of which he loved.
He was a member of the Ticonderoga Elks Lodge 1494 of Ticonderoga, and a former member of the Ticonderoga Fire Department.
He was predeceased by one grandson, Nathan Powers; and his nephew, Pat Morrison.
Arrangements by the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home, 11 Algonkin St., Ticonderoga.
A private interment will take place at the family plot of the Valley View Cemetery of Ticonderoga.
