Obituary:
Maybell F. Harlan, 80, Lafayette,
died Thursday, March 11, 1982, in
St. Elizabeth Hospital. She had
been a resident of Milner Healthcare
Center, Rossville, since October,
and in failing health several years.
A native of Lafayette, she was a
seamstress and employed at Rapp’s
Clothing, retiring 20 years ago. She
was a member of First Church of
the Nazarene. Her first marriage
was to Alfred Jolly, who preceded
her in death. In 1927 she was married
to Harry Garrison who died in
1957. She was married in 1959 to
Virgil Harlan.

Surviving with the husband are
three daughters and five sons, including
Marjorie Beaver of Delphi
and Frank Garrison of Rossville;
four sisters; 26 grandchildren and 28
great-grandchildren.

Final rites were Saturday at
Lafayette with interment in Dayton
Cemetery.
Memorials were suggested for her
church.
