PAMPA - M.B. Ferris, 64, died Monday, Jan. 17, 2000, in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Memory Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. John Glover, associate pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Ferris was born in Brinkman, Okla. He married Clessie Kimbrell in 1957 at Shamrock. They moved to Pampa in 1959. He worked in the oil fields and then for Chase Oilfield Service as a truck driver from 1967 until his retirement in 1996. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Kathy Williams of Canadian and Christine Moman of Pampa; two sons, Bruce Ferris and Dale Ferris, both of Pampa; two sisters, Mary Jones of Fritch and Betty Felton of Amarillo; four brothers, Howard Ray Ferris of California, Fred Ferris and Tex Ferris, both of Shamrock, and Kenneth Ferris of Elk City, Okla.; five grandchildren; and one greatgrandson.

The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association, 2404 W. Seventh Ave., Amarillo, TX 79106.
