VANCOUVER, B.C. - Mrs. Karen (Smith) Meyer, 27, of Vancouver, died yesterday at the Vancouver General Hospital following a long illness.
Born in Passaic, N.J., she had lived in Wellesley, Mass., and moved to Vancouver three-and-a-half years ago.
She had attended Wellesley public schools and was a graduate of Lindenwood College, St. Charles, Mo.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Meyer; her parents, Martin A. Smith and Florrie Newby (Baybutt) Smith of Marshfield; a sister, LIVING; and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Marion (Hill) Smith of Grandill, Mass.
Private graveside services will be conducted at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Marshfield, Mass. on Saturday, Dec. 11.
