His visitation was from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
His funeral service was held at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home, 848 Keyser Ave. Natchitoches, LA on Tuesday, 5 July 2011 at 1:00 p.m.
His Visitation was from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Mr. Middleton was interred in the Weaver Cemetery, Flora, LA.
