Mr. Collins was born in Jewell, Iowa on August 23, 1950. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a millwright.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alton J. Collins.
Survivors include his wife, Anita Reaves Collins; two God Children; five sisters and four brothers-in-law; two brothers and sisters-in-law; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
