Born in Blairsville, Georgia, a daughter of William and Sarah Ledford Ross, Lattie came here in 1918. She was a member of Fairview Emmanuel Baptist Church and Gold Star Mothers.
Her husband, James R., whom she married in 1918, died Feb 9, 1977.
She leaves three sons, Edwin r. of Niles, Phillip of Struthers, and William R. at home; and a brother, Marvin, of Blairsville, Ga.
A son, Harold, died in an air crash during World War II.
