JOHN J. SHARKEY FUNERAL
The funeral of Mr. John Sherkey whose death was in our last issue, was held at St. Agnes Church last Saturday morning. Solemn Requiem High Mass was celebrated, Rev. Father Farron was the celebrant with Dr. A.E. Breen of Mt. Morris as Deacon and Father Hughes of Geneseo as sub-deacon. Mr. A.J. Newman of Rochester sang several solos during the service. The floral offerings were many and vary beautiful.
The bearers were: Thomas Davin, John Davin, Charles Moran, Thomas Dockery, Thomas Brennan and Patrick Hogan.
