James Boone


Born in Virginia, October 15, 1866, James Boone, was the son of John Boone and Eliza Julian Boone.

He was married and a merchant, residing in Roan Mtn., Carter County, Tn.

On June 12, 1954, Banner Elk, Avery County, N.C., James Boone, still married, died at the age of 87.

Burial Information: Unknown, other than to be buried in a family cemetery in Carter County, Tn. Since his Mother's Maiden Name was Julian, I am only taking a chance on and hoping that I am correct, that perhaps James Boone would be buried in this "Julian Cemetery."
