AGED RESIDENT DEAD

Mrs. Rachael Davidson Died of Infirmities of Age Last Evening.

Mrs. Rachel Davidson, 70, widow of Joseph Davidson, died at her home at 2031 South R Street last evening at 9 o'clock of the infirmities of age. She had been in failing health for some time and confined to her bed for the past seven or eight weeks.

Mrs. Davidson was a native of Virginia and had been a resident of the city for the past fifteen years. She was a good, motherly old lady and highly esteemed by all who knew her. Her husband died several years ago. Five children survive, two daughter residing in Chicago, who were with her at the time of death, and a son residing in Virginia.

The funeral services will he conducted at the Gospel Workers church on South R street, Thursday morning at 9:30 o'clock and the burial will be in the city cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Rachael Davidson was conducted at the Gospel Workers church, of which she was a faithful attendant. In the southern part of the city, this morning and the burial followed in the city cemetery.
