Diana K. Campbell, age 53, of Independence, passed away July 20, 2016, at Wilson County Medical Center.
Memorial graveside services for Diana Campbell will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 29, 2016, at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Independence with Pastor Pam Eury of Bethel Church in Neodesha officiating. Memorial contributions may be made out to Animals With Our Love (AWOL) and sent to Zach Webb Family Funeral Service, 1475 S. 10th, Independence, KS 67301.
Diana was born June 6, 1963, in Tempe, AZ, to Floyd and Helen (Bellis) Baxter. The family moved to Texas and then Independence, where she attended local schools. She got married to Craig Campbell and they later divorced. She worked for Baxter Pallet Co. She was a 'Wagon Wheeler' that loved her cats.
Survivors of Diana Campbell include: Her mother, Helen Baxter, of the home. Four siblings; Donna Baxter, Bob Baxter, Mary Schlotman, and Janet Coatney, all of Independence. Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Services under direction of locally owned Zach Webb Family Funeral Service, Independence.
