Mrs. Carra Clement, 71, Thorn Hill, passed away at Saint Mary's Hospital, Friday, November 14.
Survivors: Husband: Henley Clement, Thorn Hill; Daughters: Mrs. Helen Jackson, Rutledge, Mrs. Doris Sherods, Knoxville; Sons: Herbert Clement, Knoxville; Hugh Clement of Morristown; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; Sister: Mrs. Ida Rose, Morristown; Brothers: Henry Clay Leffew, West Carlton, Ohio; Ernest Leffew, Tazewell; Thomas L. Leffew, Miamisburg, Ohio.
Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Thorn Hill Baptist Church with interment in the Hamlin Memorial Gardens of Morristown. Rev. Johnie Coffey officiated.
Pallbearers: John Reynolds, Nelson Stapleton, Henry Scarce, Elmer Kincaid, Henry Lee Johnson, Mike Acuff and F. H. Buchanan.
