PAULIN LEJEUNE was born on 6 August 1847 in Grand Coteau, St Landry Parish, Louisiana to Joseph Lejeune & Felonise Hall-Lejeune. Paulin was their SON, according to the 1850 & 1860 census records, (he had an older sister, PAULINE LEJEUNE, who was born on 1 May 1840, and she married Emile Doucet on 6 December 1863 at Our Lady Of The Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Church Point, Acadia Parish, Louisiana).

Paulin passed away on 19 March 1861, about 5 months before his 14th birthday.
