Antonio was born on October 15, 1973, to Don and Kay Armstrong in Houston TX.
Antonio was preceded in death by his father and grandparents Arthur and Williefaye Armstrong, James Forch, and Sue Ann Moore.
Antonio leaves his mother Kay Winston; siblings Carnell Specks III, Oliva Specks, Gregory Lamb, Tamara Caldwell, Donshika Deyon and her husband Bradford, Donnika Robinson and her husband Troy, Eureka Barnes, Renee, Robin, Jordon, John, Jonathan, and Janae Winston.

Antonio was an all-American linebacker at Texas A&M University. He played professionally in the National Football League and the Canadian Football League. He was an associate pastor at an area church.
The Armstrongs ran the First Class Training athletic gym in the nearby town of Bellaire.
