Kristine Wolff Gustitus (1956-2002)

KANOPOLIS - Kristine Wolff Gustitus, 45, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2002, at her home in Kanopolis. Mrs. Gustitus was born Dec. 31, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio, to LeRoy and Joyce Glade Wolff. She moved from San Diego, Calif. to Kanopolis in 1987. She was a registered nurse at Salina Regional Medical Center and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where she served in the nursing corps. She married Glenn Gustitus Feb. 18, 1978, in Las Vegas, Nev. He survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Julia Joyce Gustitus of Salina; a son, Glenn Allan Gustitus Jr. of Kanopolis; her parents of Indian Rocks Beach, Fla.; a sister, Dr. Joy Wolff-Nordone of Dunedin, Fla.; and a grandson, Braden Allan Taylor Gustitus of Kanopolis. The memorial service is today (Thursday) at 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 308 S. Eighth Street, Salina, the Rev. Harry Tyson officiating. Memorials may be made to the Mowery Clinic Cancer Center, Salina. Parsons Funeral Home, Ellsworth, is in charge of arrangements.
