Mrs. Lewis was born on May 23, 1933, in Florence, AL and died January 7, 2019, in Fort Worth, TX.Mrs. Lewis was an expert seamstress and loved quilting, reading and keeping up with friends and family on Facebook. She was a longtime member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Lewis was preceded in death by her husband, T.C. Lewis of Monroe, LA; parents, Arthur and Cora Lee Boyd of Florence, AL; and a sister, Mary House of Florence, AL.
Mrs. Lewis is survived by her daughters, Vicki Hubbard and her husband, Ken of Fort Worth, TX; Beth Green and her husband, Bobby of Rocky Branch; Jan Chase of Bossier City, LA and Pat Marshall of Houston, TX; son, Tom Lewis and his wife, Michele of West Monroe. She is survived by 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Jackie Wade, Jo Riddle and a brother, William Boyd all of Florence, AL; numerous nieces and nephews and her long-time loyal companion Little Man (her Miniature Pinscher).
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held 12:00 P.M. until 1:30 P.M., Saturday, January 12, 2019, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.
