Anita Darlene Beedle, 51, died July 13, 2009, at an Oklahoma City hospital after a short illness. Memorial services were Wednesday in the Chapel of The Good Shepherd at McNeil's Mustang Funeral Service.

Mrs. Beedle was born June 25, 1958, at Fort Gordon, Georgia. She grew up in Washington State and attended high school in Kent, Washington, where she met her future husband Keith in 1976. The couple was married Nov. 13, 1976, and lived at various Air Force bases across the United States, Hawaii and the Philippines. She had lived in Mustang, Oklahoma, for the last six years and had worked in food service in the Midwest City, Oklahoma, school system.

Survivors include her husband, Keith of the home; a daughter, Darlene Johnson of Wheatland; a grandson, Tyler; a brother, Winfred Bartlett of Dennison, Texas; a step-sister, Ina Owens of Savoy, Texas.
