Born in Hampton County, she was a daughter of the late William Franklin and Maybelle Tuten Sauls. She was a former resident of Louisville, Kentucky, and was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband; and sisters, Mrs Ruby Sauls Tuten of Columbia, Mrs Hazel Sauls Lanier of Brunswick, Georgia, and Mrs Gertrude Sauls McWhite and Mrs Myrl Sauls [Frances Sauls] Hyman of Pamplico.
The casket will r3emain at Cain Funeral Home of Florence until 2 PM Sunday.
Services will be held Monday at Sand Hill Baptist Church near Hampton. Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home of Hampton is in charge.
