Son of Napoleon James Albert and Lena Ulrich, brother to Howard Bernard, John, E Paul and Helen.

In the 1930 Census he is living in Fayetteville, New York with his parents and brothers: John, Howard and Everett. His father is a Chair Seater at a Chair Factory. His mother was born in Germany/Bavaria, and is a Naturalized Citizen of the USA. Everyone else was born in New York.

US Military Academy "West Point" class of 1938. He severed from 6/14/1938 - 7/31/1966.

He was living in Winter Park FL at the time of his death, but the Florida Death Index states he died in Pinellas County.
