Charles was a graduate of Highland High School and owner of Sun Valley Farms. Charles served four years in the United States Air Force and lived and worked in Alaska. Charles also won many truck rodeo competitions. Charles had many friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Merton K. Bratton Sr. and Grace and brother, Merton K. Bratton Jr.
Charles is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Bratton, sons, Dwayne Bratton and Michael Brophy, sister, Sharon Bratton, sister-in-law, Elenore Bratton and niece, Jan Allen.
