Main St., Borden, were held today at Daisy Hill United Methodist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. He died Friday at Jewish Hospital, Louisville. He was a native of Louisville, a retired employee of Kimball Office Furniture and a World War II Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, the former Nancy A. McGill; a son, Otis A. Kirtley of Pekin; a daughter, Nancy V. Jackson of Columbus; two sisters, Mildred Hurst of Salem and Augusta Ooley of Fort Pierce, Fla.; and a grandchild. Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
