WATERTOWN, N.Y. -- Flora M. Abrams, 78, of 896 South Massey St., died Friday, Nov. 3, at her home while under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County.
Born June 8, 1928, in Watertown, daughter of Fred and May Cork Netto, she attended local schools.
She married Arthur H. Abrams June 22, 1947, at Bethany United Methodist Church. Mr. Abrams died September 27, 2006.
Mrs. Abrams was a home maker, a member of the Parent Teacher Organization, a life member of the North side Improvement League and an active member of Bethany United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons and their wives Arthur F. and Sharon and Timothy C. and Lisa, both of Watertown, a brother Arthur Net to, California, four grandchildren, two step grandsons, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday morning from 9 to 10:15 a.m. at the D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bethany United Methodist Church with Reverend Will Levesque officiating. Burial will be in North Watertown Cemetery.
