Abigail Garison married once only to Thomas Roach. Her sister Ann A. Garison married first Nathanial Roach, married second John Starr (after the death of his first wife Margaret). Abigail's parents were Arthur and Margaret Garison.
A couple of earlier family compilers had mistakenly combined these two sisters as one person named Ann Abigail Garison; and confused the sister's spouses as well.
An 1820 Equity Court case records the appearance of both sisters, separately, called to court to give testimony - Ann A. Starr in 1821 and Abigail Roach in 1825.
No trace of Abigail's grave remains near her husband or her other family members.
